Taking care of your order is our priority. We guarantee your package will be handed over to the courier within 72 hours of purchase confirmation. Once taken charge of by the courier, delivery will take place according to the times indicated for your destination.

We remind you that, in addition to home delivery, our Free In-Store Exchange service is always active on our website. You can shop online with total peace of mind and, if necessary, exchange your items at one of our official stores. Use the Store Locator to find the store nearest you.

Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as the package is handed over to the express courier, you will receive an e-mail containing a tracking link (Tracking Number) to monitor the delivery status in real time.

What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?
The courier will make a second delivery attempt the next working day. In the event that this is unsuccessful, the package will be held at the nearest shipping service branch.
