Program duration:

The Sorbino Loyalty program lasts one year, expiring on December 31st of each year.

How to participate:

Upon registration, each customer will become a Loyalty Member Card and will start accumulating points:
1 point for every €1 spent. The points accumulated will allow access to discounts and personalized offers.

Validity of points:

Upon expiration of the program, which is December 31st of each year, all unused points will be reset to zero. Each customer will start over from 0 points in the new year.

Rules for accumulating points:

The card allows you to accumulate points up to 4 times in 7
days. The points accumulated will be available for use starting from the following day. Multiple accumulation of points in the same day is not permitted. Gift Card and Loyalty Member

Card Gift Card and Loyalty Member Card are two distinct tools.

Purchasing a Gift Card allows you to accumulate points.

Using a Gift Card, however, does not allow the accumulation of points.
