Sorbino Uomo spa is the result of fifty years of experience in the
clothing sector, with professionalism acquired over years of
collaborations with expert partners of Made in Italy. Fashion is a
family passion, passion inherited from the founder Giovanni
Sorbino. It all began when Giovanni Sorbino, the great
trader, begins the transformation of his small business alone
of a shop in a forward-looking business.
Vision
What makes a company great is the synergy of many collaborators who work closely together. The company involves various professionals from the world of fashion and communication to always be able to respond to market needs. Thanks to its managerial culture, the Group has achieved important goals by becoming a leading company in the men's clothing sector, a brand recognized both nationally and abroad. Human Resources management through a job description, previously developed with a company strategy, ensures that the staff and the entire organization work according to a logic of continuous improvement of performance. Professional growth and enhancement, as a determining factor for the evolution and development of its activities, is therefore one of the main objectives of the Company. "It is better to teach the worker to fish so that he can feed himself in the long term, rather than catching the fish for him, and feeding him only one day." Our employees have a strategic role, the company believes in the value of talent. Sales structure and commercial organization
The management of the distribution chain is the result of a strategic coordination of all the essential steps to which the product is subjected, first from within the company through marketing strategies, then along the entire sales network made up of structures organized as logistics, administrative, commercial and supply areas. The operational activities of the group from planning to logistics are carried out entirely at the Interporto Campano in Nola (in a surface area of ββ10,000 square meters which is added to the logistics structure present at the Cis in Nola of over 7000 square meters.
In addition to the main distribution of the product, there is a dense network of 70 franchises on the national territory located in the main shopping centers and historical centers of Italy. The franchises are also present abroad, specifically in Lebanon, Prague, Cyprus, Macedonia, Malta and Chicago. Partnerships with national partners of world-class caliber in Dubai and Turkey have been consolidated for years. To date, the Sorbino Group has more than 1500 customers worldwide: 900 national, 350 in Europe and 250 EX-EU, Asia and America. While the retail project βSORBINOβ has had a significant acceleration in recent years, reaching a widespread presence on the Italian territory with 72 points of sale which, added to the points of sale in affiliation, make up a total of 142 stores on the national territory alone.
Retail
The company's commitment in recent years has focused on the development of
a network of stores on the Italian territory designed for shopping centers and primary historical centers. The architecture of the typical store was designed and structured to have an immediate effect, and to have a versatility that would allow it to fit in well both in a shopping center and in the city's shopping streets. The stores have so far mainly developed inside important shopping centers on an average sales area of ββ150/350 square meters, while the latest stores have a surface area of ββat least
200 sq. m. Today Sorbino Retail is present in the best Italian shopping centers and in the most important historical centers.
